          15% Restocking Fee on all returns. Refund is the amount less the 15% and less all s&h cost.
          No returns or refunds on any Patriotic, Football, Baseball, Promotional or College BoloToss game sets. No exceptions. Refunds are however accepted on our Equalizer, Original and Heavy Duty game sets. All returns must be made within 5 days. After 5 days no returns nor refunds will be given.

          No return on separate Bolo Ball purchases. No Exceptions.

Your satisfaction is our goal. BoloToss is strongly committed to providing you with a good shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your non special order purchase, just send it back to us within 5 days of receipt (no later) for a full refund on the product total. Items must be in new unused unopened condition. Customer is responsible for all s&h cost and 15% restocking fee.

 

Order Status:
Please contact us at sales@bolotoss.com for the latest information regarding your current order if it has been two weeks or longer since you have ordered. Some game sets are special order.

 

Track your package:
Tracking your package is easy. Contact us if you would like the tracking number. 

Shipping Rates:
We ship USPS Ground, USPS Overnight, USPS 2 Day Air as well as USPS 3 Day Select at the customers added expense.. We will ship anywhere that USPS delivers to. All standard orders ship USPS ground.

 

Shipping Policy:
Most orders are processed into our system immediately. All orders shipped will require a signature from the recipient upon delivery. Please allow 7-14 working days for USPS ground orders. For all international shipments, BoloToss.com does not charge, nor do we assume any responsibility for any or all taxes, duty or brokerage fees. All additional fees charged by USPS international, customs or brokerages are to be paid by the customer. Shipping times will vary depending on the flow of our workload. During peak times your orders may take longer and we advise you to purchase expedited shipping which will move your order up to the top of the shipping list and save you a lot of waiting time if you are in a hurry to get your game. During the summer/holiday times we are exceptionally busy which may delay our shipments. Always use the Expedited shipping option if you are needing a rush on your order. This will get your order out much faster.

 

Holiday Shipping:
We cannot guarantee holiday delivery of in stock merchandise after December 12th. We suggest you order early to avoid any possible delays. Remember that shipping times will vary with holidays and this can cause your package to arrive later than normal. Order early for arrival assurance.                                                                                                                              

Return Policy:
We have a 5 day return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 5 days for a refund less any and all s&h cost incurred. All returned merchandise must be unused, new, and complete with all tags attached, and still in original packaging. No returns will be approved and/or credited if the merchandise has been used or damaged in any way. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have a warranty issue contact customer service.

All returns must have an approved RMA number before you can send any product(s) back to BoloToss. All returns must be returned via USPS GROUND. Customers pay the shipping on any return. No Exceptions.     

Shipping to P.O Boxes:
We do not ship to Post Office Boxes unless USPS delivers to them.

 

BoloToss.com Security:
BoloToss.com is a very safe secured shopping enviroment. State of the art security & encryption is used for any and all transactions made on our website. All of your personal information including credit card number is encrypted so no one else can read it. We DO NOT keep any credit card information period. Once your order is placed we have no record of your credit card information so you will need to re order or call us with the credit card information if you wish to reorder.  You must re enter any and all credit card information on every order in the future as we DO NOT keep any of your credit card information on file nor in our system.

 

Privacy Policy:
We do not share your personal data with anyone. We collect opt-in email addresses for our own internal BoloToss news letter and discount offerings. You are given the chance during your checkout process to sign up for such offerings.

 

Can I pay with a check or money order?
Yes during your Paypal check out. Yes we take personal checks. Your check must clear before any shipments are made. Your card security code for your MasterCard, Visa or Discover card is a three-digit number on the back of your credit card, immediately following your main card number.

The card security code for your American Express card is a four-digit number located on the front of your credit card, to the right or left above your main credit card number.
